What to expect:
An AIMSM evaluation and screen will be used to determine strengths, weaknesses and most importantly – habits. Preferential movement patterns often mask weakness and do not allow for progression in traditional strength and conditioning programs. Specific work outside preferential patterns will be utilized to enhance force production, improve efficiency and speed while reducing energy consumption. Regular performance testing will track progress.
